I have a pair of quality slippers that have served their natural life. They’re all natural materials, sheepskin and shearling lining. I think they would decompose readily. I’d rather not throw these out and am hoping to return them to the earth. May I put them in my compost bucket?

Hi Alex, Thanks for reaching out! In the future our general customer service channel is emailing us at bootstrapcompost@gmail.com, and we can respond even faster there! As for your slippers, I do think they would probably be okay to put in your bucket, as long as there aren’t any other material like plastic or metal incorporated in their lining. Hope this helps!
