What’s new at Bootstrap? February edition

With temps finally feeling seasonally appropriate, it’s hard to believe that spring is around the corner. With that reality, you better believe Team Boot is busy behind the scenes, readying our finished compost for your houseplants and home garden. Be on the lookout for an update regarding compost returns for the year soon. Head on over to our online store and check out our premium fertilizer products, such as our one-of-a-kind worm castings (made in Everett), our red wiggler worm boxes, compost tea, and so much more!
We’d also like to inform you of a new feature we are rolling out for our customers: Text reminders! (Msg & data rates may apply.) We all know and love our email service reminders, but have you ever needed that extra nudge to NEVER FORGET service? We got you covered! Starting today, we will be rolling out SMS/text reminders in addition to email reminders. This feature also comes with the nifty function of allowing you to skip your upcoming visit simply by replying ‘skip’ to our number. Some of you may already be enrolled in this, but to receive text reminders going forward please log-in to your customer portal then go to the ‘Account & Billing’ tab then select ‘Update Account Details.’ Once you’re there, make sure the ‘Receive service reminders and notifications’ box is checked and that your phone number is in both the ‘phone’ and ‘SMS number’ fields and you’re all set! Please note the number we use for text reminders is not a good way to reach us – please send an email to info@bootstrapcompost.com to contact Team Boot! If you have any issues or questions about setting up text reminders, do not hesitate to let us know.
